Three bedroom willerby salsa eco available for hire. This is an open plan caravan, making it spacious for families to enjoy their relaxing holiday. The Caravan is sited in a very nice sunny position, overlooking the boating lake where plenty of fun can be enjoyed by hiring a swan or nessie pedal boat!! Relax and watch the wildlife around the park with swans, ducks and geese with their new family in tow!

 

LOUNGE AREA

Open plan with plenty of floor space for children to play. Nice picture window with seating, where views of the lake can be enjoyed! 22'' flat screen TV with DVD player for your enjoyment. Gas fire for cosy evenings in.

 

DINING AREA

With it's sizeable table and seating are ideal  when you prefer to dine with your Family

 

KITCHEN AREA

Well equiped  with gas oven,microwave,toaster etc. and all the equipment you will need .

 

DOUBLE BEDROOM

Wardrobes with plenty of space.Double bed.Blown air heating.

 

TWIN BEDROOM

Two single beds,wardrobe space and blown air heating.

 

BEDROOM 3

Two single beds,wardrobes and blown air heating.

 

SHOWER ROOM

Nice and airy room with walk in shower enclosure with sliding door.

Hand basin,toilet,shelving and heater.

Separate Toilet room with handbasin.

 

 

 

Availability for weekly stays and part weeks, minimum 3 nights if available, please ask for details. £50 deposit will secure your holiday with full balance due 3 weeks before start of holiday.

 

We also ask a care and respect deposit of £50 Which is refundable within one week of checking caravan and no damages/losses/heavy cleaning requirements. We treat our caravan with the respect it deserves and expect guests to do the same.

 

Caravan will be clean upon your arrival and we ask you to leave it the same way please.
