Open plan lounge which is spacious and a large floor space for children to play. Large seating area. Gas fire. Flat screen TV/DVD. Pleasant outlook over the grassed area.

Dining table with seating for family mealtimes.

 

KITCHEN AREA

Full sized gas oven with hob, grill and extractor over. Family sized fridge with freezer. Microwave, kettle and toaster. Crockery, pots and pans for use when catering for your family .Cuttlery and cooking utensils.

DOUBLE BEDROOM

Double bed with storage cupboards over. Bedside tables . Dressing table with mirror over. Wall lights. Wardrobe with ample storage . Lockable  door leading into the family shower room with WC

Twin single beds. Bedside table, storage cupboards, Wall lights. Wardrobe. Mirror.

 

LARGE SHOWER ROOM

Larger than average shower enclosure . Storage unit. Large mirror. Wash basin. WC

 

 

Availability for weekly stays and part weeks, minimum 3 nights if available, please ask for details. £50 deposit will secure your holiday with full balance due 3 weeks before start of holiday.

 

We also ask a care and respect deposit of £50 Which is refundable within one week of checking caravan and no damages/losses/heavy cleaning requirements. We treat our caravan with the respect it deserves and expect guests to do the same. Caravan will be clean upon your arrival and we ask you to leave it the same way please.
